I’m passionate about the restoration of the local church.
I love to learn and I love to teach.
Good days include pancake breakfasts with my family, loose leaf tea, road biking in the foothills, and reading St. Benedict. Most days are good days.
I lead a church community called Emmaus which my family and I, along with a few good friends, started in Lincoln, California in 2005. We’re just getting started and hope to be here a long time.
I studied Christian Education and Spiritual Formation at Wheaton College (’95, ’98) and was ordained with the Church of the Nazarene in 2002.
